Daily sun protection using products with an SPF of 15 or greater will prevent future photo aging. Regular cleansing to remove dirt and bacteria without excessive cleansing which will result in dry skin is recommended.

The ingredients in the following products are effective for increasing the collagen and elastin within the skin which results in a decrease in signs of aging such as fine lines and cracking, while making skin tighter and smoother. A healthy diet and engaging in stress reduction exercises (see lifestyle section) can also decrease signs of aging.

The following products are meant to be applied to dry skin(10-15 minutes after cleansing). They should be used every other night in the beginning, then gradually increased to once or twice a day. It is important to use sunscreen daily while using these products. These products should be applied before moisturizers or sunscreen.
